By using RevVault, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility 

You must be at least 13 years old to use RevVault.

By using the app, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. User Accounts 

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, spam, fraud, impersonation, or violations of these terms.

3. User Content 

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including vehicle builds, images, profile details, comments, and related media.

By uploading content, you grant RevVault a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote that content within the platform and related marketing materials.

You must not upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content.

4. Community Conduct 

Users must not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, spam, manipulate, or otherwise misuse the platform.

Attempts to exploit RevPoints, rewards, advertising systems, or platform features may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

5. RevPoints & Rewards 

RevPoints, rewards, featured boosts, badges, and other digital items are virtual platform features only.

They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified, limited, reset, revoked, or removed at any time at our discretion.

We reserve the right to reject, reverse, or remove rewards obtained through abuse, fraud, exploits, or suspicious activity.

6. Advertising 

RevVault may display advertisements, sponsored content, rewarded ads, and promotional placements.

We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or external websites linked through advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property 

All platform branding, software, logos, design, features, and non-user content remain the property of RevVault or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the platform without permission.

8. Platform Availability 

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features or services at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent storage of user content.

9. Disclaimer of Liability 

RevVault is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages, losses, data loss, service interruptions, or user conduct arising from use of the platform.

10. Account Termination 

Users may stop using the platform or request account deletion at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms & Conditions or for activities that threaten the integrity or safety of the platform.

11. Changes To Terms 

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
